1. Qué es el servicio
GestorLens ofrece información y análisis elaborados a partir de documentos públicos presentados ante la SEC de los Estados Unidos (formularios 13F, 13D/13G, 4, 8-K y estados contables XBRL). El acceso a las fichas es libre y algunas funciones requieren una cuenta gratuita. El servicio es gratuito; si en el futuro hay planes pagos, sus condiciones y precios se publicarán antes de que puedas contratarlos.
Para crear una cuenta tenés que ser mayor de 18 años.
2. No es asesoramiento financiero
Nada de lo que se muestra constituye asesoramiento financiero, legal ni impositivo, ni una recomendación personalizada de comprar, vender o mantener un valor. GestorLens no es una empresa de servicios de inversión ni está registrada como tal ante la CNMV. Las decisiones de inversión son exclusivamente tuyas.
Los puntajes, rankings, categorías, estimaciones (como la fecha probable del próximo balance) y análisis históricos se calculan con reglas documentadas y públicas (ver Metodología) y son hipotéticos: no garantizan resultados futuros. Nada se adapta a tu situación personal.
3. Conflictos de interés
El titular de GestorLens es un inversor particular. Puede tener, comprar o vender valores que aparecen en el sitio, y no publica su cartera.
No opera con información que el sitio tenga y el público no: todos los datos salen de documentos que ya son públicos en EDGAR cuando se procesan. GestorLens no recibe información anticipada de empresas ni de gestores.
No recibe pagos, comisiones ni ninguna otra compensación de emisores, gestores, brókeres u otros intermediarios. Hoy el sitio no tiene publicidad, enlaces de afiliados ni contenido patrocinado.
Nadie puede pagar para aparecer, para dejar de aparecer ni para cambiar de lugar: las listas, las categorías y los rankings salen de reglas mecánicas iguales para todos los valores, publicadas en la Metodología, no de elecciones editoriales.
Si algo de esto cambia, se va a decir en esta sección antes de que cambie.
4. Limitaciones de los datos
Los 13F reflejan posiciones largas al cierre de cada trimestre y se publican con hasta 45 días de demora; las posiciones pueden haber cambiado. Los datos pueden contener errores u omisiones, propios o de la fuente. Se ofrecen «tal cual», sin garantías de exactitud, integridad ni disponibilidad continua. Si encontrás un error, escribinos y lo revisamos.
5. Tu cuenta y uso aceptable
Sos responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tu contraseña y de la actividad de tu cuenta.
No está permitido intentar vulnerar la seguridad del sitio, usarlo para fines ilícitos, usar cuentas ajenas ni recorrer de forma masiva y automatizada sus páginas. Podemos suspender o cerrar las cuentas que lo hagan. Qué se puede hacer con los datos, incluida la descarga automatizada de los archivos publicados, está en la sección 6.
Seguridad: si encontrás una vulnerabilidad, escribí a contacto@gestorlens.com antes de divulgarla; respondemos y la corregimos lo antes posible (ver /.well-known/security.txt).
Podés borrar tu cuenta cuando quieras desde Mi cuenta.
6. Licencia de uso de los datos
Esta sección es la única licencia de los datos, las cifras, las tablas, las descargas, las capturas y el estudio de GestorLens. La Metodología, la página de prensa y la del estudio remiten a ella. Tiene dos partes.
Lo que se ofrece para bajar y el estudio: CC BY 4.0. El archivo completo del 13F, los paquetes por trimestre y las demás descargas, las observaciones del estudio, y el estudio con sus tablas y gráficos se publican bajo la licencia Creative Commons Atribución 4.0 Internacional (CC BY 4.0) (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.es). Podés usarlos, copiarlos, adaptarlos y redistribuirlos, en cualquier formato y también con fines comerciales, sin pedir permiso y sin costo, siempre que cites la fuente («GestorLens (gestorlens.com), con datos de la SEC») e indiques si hiciste cambios.
El resto del sitio. Las fichas, las clasificaciones, los puntajes, los textos y las pantallas no están bajo esa licencia. Podés usarlos para tu trabajo y citar cifras, tablas y capturas con atribución y un enlace a la página de donde salieron; no podés copiarlos de forma masiva o automatizada, republicarlos como base de datos ni presentarte como su fuente. La marca GestorLens, el logotipo y el diseño del sitio quedan afuera de las dos partes.
Los documentos originales (13F, 13D/13G, Form 4, 8-K, XBRL) son de dominio público y de la SEC: la licencia cubre lo que GestorLens agrega, que es la selección, la limpieza, los cálculos y el estudio. Los identificadores CUSIP figuran tal como aparecen en los documentos públicos de la SEC; su sistema es propiedad de terceros.
Para bajar datos en cantidad usá los archivos publicados (los CSV y Parquet de la Metodología y de cada página), a una frecuencia razonable; recorrer de forma masiva las páginas del sitio o saltear el acceso con cuenta no está permitido (sección 5).
Los datos se ofrecen «tal cual» (sección 4) y nada de lo publicado es asesoramiento financiero (sección 1).

7. Responsabilidad
En la medida en que lo permite la ley, no respondemos por pérdidas derivadas de decisiones tomadas con la información del sitio ni por interrupciones del servicio. Nada de esto limita los derechos que te reconoce la normativa de consumidores.
8. Propiedad intelectual
Los documentos presentados ante la SEC son públicos. El diseño, el software, los cálculos y los textos del sitio pertenecen a su titular; su uso se rige por la sección 6. Los nombres y marcas de empresas y gestores se citan solo como referencia de esos documentos públicos.

Terms of use
1. The service
GestorLens provides information and analysis built from public documents filed with the U.S. SEC (Forms 13F, 13D/13G, 4, 8-K and XBRL financial statements). Stock and manager pages are open; some features require a free account. The service is free; if paid plans are offered in the future, their terms and prices will be published before you can subscribe.
You must be 18 or older to create an account.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing shown constitutes financial, legal or tax advice, or a personalised recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. GestorLens is not an investment firm and is not registered as one with the Spanish CNMV. Investment decisions are solely yours.
Scores, rankings, categories, estimates (such as the likely date of the next report) and historical analyses are computed with documented, public rules (see Methodology) and are hypothetical: they do not guarantee future results. Nothing is tailored to your personal situation.
3. Conflicts of interest
The owner of GestorLens is a private investor. He may hold, buy or sell securities shown on the site, and does not publish his portfolio.
He does not trade on information that the site has and the public does not: all data comes from documents that are already public on EDGAR when they are processed. GestorLens receives no advance information from companies or managers.
He receives no payments, commissions or any other compensation from issuers, managers, brokers or other intermediaries. Today the site carries no advertising, affiliate links or sponsored content.
Nobody can pay to be listed, to be removed or to change position: lists, categories and rankings come from mechanical rules applied equally to all securities, published in the Methodology, not from editorial choices.
If any of this changes, it will be stated in this section before it does.
4. Data limitations
13F filings reflect long positions at each quarter-end and are published up to 45 days later; positions may have changed. Data may contain errors or omissions, ours or the source's. It is provided as is, without warranties of accuracy, completeness or continuous availability. If you find an error, write to us and we will review it.
5. Your account and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity on your account.
Attempting to breach the site's security, using it for unlawful purposes, using other people's accounts or crawling its pages in bulk by automated means is not allowed. We may suspend or close accounts that do so. What you may do with the data, including automated download of the published files, is set out in section 6.
Security: if you find a vulnerability, write to contacto@gestorlens.com before disclosing it; we reply and fix it as soon as possible (see /.well-known/security.txt).
You can delete your account at any time from My account.
6. Data licence
This section is the only licence for GestorLens data, figures, tables, downloads, screenshots and the study. The Methodology, the press page and the study page refer to it. It has two parts.
What is offered for download, and the study: CC BY 4.0. The full 13F archive, the quarterly packages and the other downloads, the study's observations, and the study with its tables and charts are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.en). You may use, copy, adapt and redistribute them, in any format and including commercially, without asking and at no cost, as long as you credit the source (“GestorLens (gestorlens.com), with SEC data”) and indicate whether you made changes.
The rest of the site. Stock and manager pages, classifications, scores, texts and screens are not under that licence. You may use them for your work and cite figures, tables and screenshots with attribution and a link to the page they came from; you may not copy them in bulk or by automated means, republish them as a database or present yourself as their source. The GestorLens brand, the logo and the site's design are outside both parts.
The original documents (13F, 13D/13G, Form 4, 8-K, XBRL) are in the public domain and belong to the SEC: the licence covers what GestorLens adds, namely the selection, cleaning, calculations and the study. CUSIP identifiers appear as they do in the SEC's public documents; that system is owned by third parties.
To download data in bulk use the published files (the CSV and Parquet files in the Methodology and on each page), at a reasonable rate; crawling the site's pages in bulk or bypassing account access is not allowed (section 5).
Data is provided as is (section 4) and nothing published is investment advice (section 1).

7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made using the site's information or for service interruptions. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law.
8. Intellectual property
Documents filed with the SEC are public. The site design, software, calculations and texts belong to its owner; their use is governed by section 6. Company and manager names and trademarks are cited only as references to those public documents.
