Política de privacidad
Última actualización: 27/10/2026. English version below
1. Responsable
Responsable del tratamiento y titular del sitio: Cristian Rafael Díaz · NIE Z1881315N · Calle Blanca Paloma 5, 1.º D, Fuengirola (Málaga), España. Contacto: contacto@gestorlens.com.
Privacy policy
1. Controller
Data controller and site owner: Cristian Rafael Díaz · NIE Z1881315N · Calle Blanca Paloma 5, 1.º D, Fuengirola (Málaga), España. Contact: contacto@gestorlens.com.
2. Data we store
Account data: your email and an encrypted password (handled by our authentication provider; we never see it), sign-up date, language and notification preferences. If you choose “Continue with Google”, instead of a password Google shares your name, email, profile picture and an account identifier; we access nothing else in your Google account (no emails, contacts or files).
Account usage: we store the days on which you used your account (the date only, not the pages you viewed or the time) and the country you connected from, inferred from your connection: we keep only the country code, never your IP address. It is kept for up to 13 months, is included in “Download my data” and is deleted together with your account.
What you save in the service: followed managers and stocks, lists, filters, alerts, the portfolios you enter (stocks and, optionally, weights only: we never ask for amounts or broker data) and any improvement suggestions you send us (if you tap “I'm interested in PRO”, it is stored as one more suggestion, with whatever you write).
Minimal technical data: hosting access logs (IP address, date, page), kept for a few days for security.
Our own usage statistics: we produce them with a counter of our own, with no third-party analytics tools. We count how many times each page is viewed, on which day and at what hour, from which country, on which type of device (phone, tablet or computer), in which of the two languages and from which referring site. If you arrived through one of our own links, also the label that link carries in its address (for example “telegram”, the name of a post or of an ad): it is the same for everyone who opens it. We also count from which type of page and through which channel someone who creates an account had arrived, how many times an error screen appears and whether each page loaded fast or slow.
We also measure how pages are used, always as totals: how many pages are viewed in a visit and for how long the site stays on screen (in ranges: under 10 seconds, 10 to 30, 30 seconds to 2 minutes, 2 to 10 minutes or more), how many seconds each page is on screen, whether it was scrolled down to three quarters and on which page the visit ends; and how many times each button on a short list is used: create an account (and which of the page's “Create account” buttons it was: the one at the top, at the start, in the middle, at the end, the fixed one on phones, “Tell me when they file” or the one in the X-ray's “Save it” box), the menu link “My portfolio”, follow, share, the search box, switching language or tab, opening a frequently asked question, export, copy, add to calendar, suggest an improvement, “I'm interested in PRO”, turning email updates on or off and the links to the SEC, X or Telegram. We do not record what you type in the search box, where on the screen you click or any one person's path.
We also count, added up across all visits of each day, how many times people go from one type of page to another (for example, from a stock page to a manager page) and on which type of page visits end. Only the type of page, never which one. While you browse, those steps are kept in the tab's memory (not in a cookie or in anything stored in your browser: they are lost when you close or reload the tab) and are sent, together with the other statistics of the visit, as loose pairs “from this type to that type”, with no identifier and no link to your account. The only thing we store is each pair's total for the day: nobody's path can be rebuilt from it. If the visit came through one of our labeled links (for example, an ad or a post), those daily totals are also stored separately by that label, which is the same for everyone who opens the link; they still have no identifier and no link to your account.
All of it is stored as daily totals (visits also per hour), without your IP address, without cookies, without any identifier stored in your browser and without linking it to your account: a visit made while signed in is counted like any other.
To know how many different visitors there were on a given day, our server computes a code from your IP address and the identification your browser sends (its type and version), mixed with a secret key and the date. The IP address is not stored: only that code is, and the IP cannot be obtained from it without the key. Because the date is part of the calculation, your code is a different one the next day: it cannot be used to recognise you from one day to the next or on other sites. The codes are deleted after 48 hours and only the total remains (“there were 120 visitors that day”).
We use no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics or tracking tools.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Providing the service you request when creating your account (performance of a contract): access, saving your items, showing you what changed and the emails the service needs, such as password recovery.
Sending you email updates on what you follow and on the stocks in your portfolios (one a day at most, only when there is news): only if you turn them on (consent). From your portfolios we only use which stocks they are (not the weights) and note the first day we saw them there, so we do not send you older news; that record is deleted when you remove the stock from your portfolios or turn the updates off. We store the date and the place on the site where you turned them on (and, if you turn them off, when and from where), the type of account, a hashed fingerprint of your account email at that moment (if you change your email, we stop writing until you turn them on again) and which updates we already sent you, so they are not repeated (60 days). Turn them off in My account or in one click from each email, which also says «Didn't turn these on yourself? Unsubscribe». If you sign up with email and tick the email updates box (or come from the X-ray with your list of stocks), that choice and the list are stored with the account until you first sign in, even if you open the confirmation link in another browser; once used, we delete it (if you never sign in, it is deleted with the account).
We do not track whether you open the emails or which links you click. Visits arriving from an email are counted as the «email» channel, as daily totals, like the rest of the statistics.
Security, abuse prevention and usage statistics to improve the site, which are stored as anonymous totals (legitimate interest).
Knowing how many accounts are created, how many go on to use the service, how many remain active and from which countries, based on your account's usage days and country and on the dates on which you created it and saved something (legitimate interest). We only look at totals.
We make no automated decisions with legal effects on you and do no profiling for commercial purposes.
4. Providers, location and transfers
Supabase (authentication and database, hosted in the European Union, Frankfurt); Vercel (web hosting; functions in Frankfurt); Backblaze B2 (public SEC data files, in the EU; they contain no personal data); Resend (email delivery).
Google (Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC), only if you use “Continue with Google”: its sign-in component loads only on the sign-in and sign-up pages.
Vercel, Resend and Google are U.S. companies or part of U.S. groups: when they process data outside the EU they do so under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, with data processing agreements.
We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
5. Retention
Your data, while your account exists. If you delete it, your account and everything linked to it are erased immediately; we only keep a note that an account was deleted that day, with no data about it. Your account's usage days and country are kept for up to 13 months. Hosting logs expire within days. If paid plans are offered in the future, billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Usage statistics contain no data about you and expire on their own: the codes used to count different visitors, after 48 hours; visits by range of pages and time, after 180 days; the detail per page and the breakdown by country, device and language, after 200 days (then only a total per page and month and a total per day remain); the detail per hour, per referring site, per link label, for loading speed and for steps between types of page, after 400 days; totals (visits, button use, accounts created and deleted), after two years.
6. Cookies and browser storage
We only use technical cookies, which under Spanish law (art. 22.2 LSSI and the AEPD cookie guide) need no consent: your signed-in session (sent only over secure connections, expiring after 60 days without use) and your chosen language.
We also keep preferences you choose in your browser's local storage, such as the light or dark theme, saved filters or when you last checked your alerts. They never leave your browser and you can clear them from its settings.
If you do not want your visits to be included in the statistics, open any page adding “?no-contar=1” at the end of the address: that visit is not counted and, if your browser allows it, a mark is saved (the same one for everybody; it does not identify you) so that later visits from that browser are not counted either. “?contar=1” removes it; if you clear your browser data, you need to do it again.
We use no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies.
7. Your rights
Processing is governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish law (LOPDGDD). You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent at any time.
In My account you can download all your data and delete your account yourself. For anything else: contacto@gestorlens.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
8. Security
Each user can only access their own data (database-level controls), connections are encrypted and administrative access is restricted.
9. Age
The service is intended for people aged 18 or over. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we delete it.
