Data status
When the data was last published and how often each source is updated. These are facts read from the site's own files, not promises.
Checked on . This page is rebuilt every few minutes: the “… ago” figures and the statuses are as of that time.
Latest data publication
Up to date(2 hours ago)
Latest complete quarter of 13F portfolios: Q2 2026 (portfolios as of June 30, 2026).
Threshold: shown as “behind” when more than 30 hours have passed since the latest publication.
Form 4 reader (insiders)
Up to dateLatest pass over the EDGAR list: (1 minute ago)
This is when the reader last checked for new filings, not the time of the latest transaction published. What it brings is on Insiders.
Threshold: shown as “behind” after more than 2 hours without a pass during the hours the SEC accepts filings (Monday to Friday, 6:00 to 22:00 ET), or more than 4 hours outside them.
How often it is updated
The update runs every day; Form 4s, every few minutes.
- 13F portfolios, 13D and 13G stakes, material events (8-K) and financial statements come in with the daily run. A document the SEC accepts after the run is picked up the next day. The daily run is scheduled for 05:30 UTC.
- The insider transactions (Form 4) in the site's list arrive through a separate path: a reader that runs every 5 minutes Monday to Friday while the SEC accepts filings (6:00 to 22:00 New York time) and once an hour the rest of the time.
- The 13F has its own lag, which does not depend on the site: it is filed up to 45 days after the quarter ends, so portfolios may have changed. What a 13F is.

The delay is the time between the SEC accepting a document and the run that loads it. “Measured” comes from actual runs; “estimated”, from the daily run schedule until enough measured runs exist. Sources without an acceptance time are measured in days. Each source is shown as “behind” when its latest run is more than 30 hours old.
How it is calculated and who to tell
Where each figure comes from and how it is calculated is in the methodology; what has been corrected, in the corrections log.
